Defective product

Animo etc ensures that the quality of the products sold is fully satisfactory. If you buy an item and it is defective, we can exchange it or refund you if applicable. Any defective items must be returned and must be in their original packaging and with the original purchase receipt.The return must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase. After 14 days, the consumer must contact the manufacturer for the replacement of the defective product.

Pet food

Any pet food may be eligible for an exchange if it does not meet your pet’s expectations. We will only accept food returns in their original packaging, which have not been consumed more than 80% of the initial quantity and with the original purchase receipt. The return must be made within 14 days after the date of purchase. No refunds on food will be made. Only an exchange or note In-store credit may be issued to the consumer for food returns.

Animal Accessorie

You can return any product that has not been opened within 14 days of purchase. Any product that has been opened or used will not be eligible for a return. For any product returned intact, we will refund the amount of the purchase upon presentation of the receipt. The goods must not have been used and all labels must still be affixed to the product.
